Mango-A-Goji Berry Ice Cream

What you'll need:

2 large Mangos

1/4 cup of Goji Berries

First, peel the skin of the mangos with a veggie peeler, cut the mango into cubes, and place the contents into a large freezer bag. After 3-4 hours of freezing time, add the frozen mango into a food processor and process until a creamy consistency. Then, top it off with some Goji berries. Alternatively, you could pulse a 1/4 cup into the frozen mixture to create a gorgeous rose color ice cream. And, Voila....
